KANAKIS Apartments in Rethymnon are situated directly on the seaside of Petres, a small village 10 km West of Rethymnon. It is a run newly built apartment site with 13 spacious apartments and studios. The family-run enterprise offers a warm and heartily atmosphere of real Cretan hospitality. The site has a swimming pool with separate children's pool surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas, which can be used free of charge. The bar is connected to the terrace and open until 24:00 h, offers refreshments, drinks and snacks. Breakfast is served from 08:00 h - 10:00 h. There is also a parking lot. KANAKIS Apartments are open all year round.

The Mediterranean Sea with its crystal clear waves invites you to swim right at the edge of the site. There is also a sandy beach next to the site. KANAKIS Apartments is located near to the National Road between Rethymnon and Hania. The bus stops in about 100 m distance. The airport of Hania is in 45 km distance. There are nice Cretan taverns in the neighbourhood and the next supermarket about 5 km apart.

 The eleven studios and 2 apartments are on two floors. All apartments are tastefully furnished, have private bathrooms large balconies, air conditioning, heater, double glazed windows and balcony doors, fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and freezer, satellite TV, phone and safe deposit box without extra charge. They are designed to host 2 until 4 persons. Baby cots are provided free of charge.

On the ground floor of the building you find three spacious studios with sea view, one studio with garden view and one 2-room apartment with mountain view.

On the upper floor you find four studios with sea view, three studios with garden view and one 2-room apartment with mountain view.
KANAKIS Apartments also provide their guests with a WAN Internet connection free of charge. The site is suitable for handicapped guests (ramps - toilets).
Taxi cabs an rental cars are available.
A diving center is situated in 300 m. distance to the KANAKIS Apartments. For further information view their web site www.diving-center.gr.

KANAKIS Apartments can be rented directly from the owner.
Minimum rental period is one week.

The procedure is easy and goes like this:

After agreement about the duration of your stay and the dates of arrival and departure by email, you would send 30% of the rent to the bank account of the owner, Boundourakis Bros. S.A.. Then you would send a photocopy of the bank receipt to the fax number above. You will get a confirmation for your booking by email or fax.
